Game Programmer
Responsibilities
Design and implement software components for real time game application and related tools including graphics, physics, AI, tools, GUI, Game play mechanics
Work within a team of programmers, game and level designers, artists to understand and implement needed features and use all the provided internal tools (version control, bug tracking, ...) to efficiently work with the other team members
Work closely with the Lead Programmer to agree technical requirements of the project & ensure that it is running within agreed technical constraints
Post and fix bugs on all aspects and be proactive at fixing issues that are discovered
Requirements
Passion for playing and making computer games
2+ years of C/C++ and object oriented design experience required
Experience with windows programming
Ability to solve problems and to provide technical solutions according to context constraints
Knowledge in game mathematics and algorithms
Be up-to-date with the latest technologies in game development
Ability to work and communicate with the team with schedules and reliable milestone delivery
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Willing to relocate to Singapore
Desirable
Knowledge of source control software (SVN, CVS ...)
Experience on a previous title is a plus
Have personal programming game related projects as a hobbyist

Animator
Responsibilities
-
As an animator your main responsibilities will be to produce high quality animation for a next generation game. You will be required to work closely with the lead animator.
Requirements
Ability to produce very high quality realistic keyframe animation
Ability to manage and mentor junior animators
A strong knowledge of the general rules of a video game mechanics and game play
Willing to accept direction, work well under pressure, and be an excellent team player
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong grasp of Maya, and other next generation animation software
Willing to relocate to Singapore
Desirable
Good understanding of 3D Modeling / Texturing
2D Animation experience

Lead Environment Artist
Responsibilities
Oversees the development of run-time game environments by a team of Environment Artists
Partners closely with the Art Directory and Lead Artist to address all issues related the creation environment art
Responsible for setting and maintaining the aesthetic and technical quality bar for the Environment Art team
Requirements
Ability to establish the aesthetic and technical standards for environment art on the project
Ability to demonstrate, communicate and exemplify clear expectations for quality of work, productivity, communication and professionalism to the team
Ability to oversee the work of the Environment Artists on a daily basis, effectively communicating art direction, as well as delivering constructive feedback to work in progress
Able to document environmental asset process as it develops
Must assist in the development of shader and lighting technology to enhance environmental asset production
Ability to problem solves and consistently present sound solutions to technical issues related to the creation of real-time game environments
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong grasp of Maya, Photoshop and Zbrush
2+ years in the gaming industry, with at least 1 successful shipped title
Willing to relocate to Singapore

Environment Artist
Responsibilities
The creation of visually compelling and entertaining levels for next-generation platforms
Must work closely with the Art team, and level designers to develop fun and engaging levels at a top notch level of quality
Must be able to visualize environments and have a great understanding of shape and space, and take initiative to create levels and environments that push the engine and toolsets to its limits

Level Designer
Responsibilities
Implement the level designs for the game using Maya/Max and In-house Level Editor
Work in close collaboration with environmental art team and programming team to create a highly productive and focused level development process
Ultimately responsible for ensuring that the game is both challenging and fun to play
Requirements
Proven Level Design experience using industry standard game editors
Dedication and true commitment to the team and project
Willingness to continually refine and improve game play whilst at the same time keeping to the schedule
Able to work closely with other departments, especially the environmental art team
Must assist in the development level design tools and also mechanics for the game
Ability to create entertaining and interesting playable levels for the game from existing design documents
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Willingness to accept constructive critism and work as part of a strong team
Experience in 3D Modelling packages such as Maya or Max
Experience with scripting languages
2+ years in the gaming industry, with at least 1 successful shipped title
Willing to relocate to Singapore
